Leads a team of freelancers in a variety of all-platform projects in digital, UI/UX responsive design and print. Selects and supervises technical and creative talent. Acts as primary point of contact with clients and production teams. Services span websites, branding, event marketing, marketing materials, creative strategy, custom content development, and digital experience design.

 

Buzzhive Productions

Led creative design for large print installations at events for LA Galaxy, Virgin America, and Commerce Casino. For LA Galaxy’s Jersey Reveal event at LA Live, we created an Instagram-worthy red carpet experience, produced to increase brand awareness. We conceived and accomplished full stage design and environment wraps in under two weeks.

The Parallax

Designed branding, WordPress site, and marketing collateral for the launch of The Parallax, a digital privacy magazine. Provided illustrations on a weekly basis for three years, along with design and maintenance of a Mailchimp newsletter and pitch deck. As a result, Parallax has grown their audience to over 1 million pageviews per year.

OpenLedger

Designed a consumer facing website for a whitelabeled cryptocurrency exchange. Developed wireframes and UX for new user account creation and login processes, as well as styling for the exchange.

Took creative leadership in the implementation, from initial concept and research through launch, of a mobile dating app on Android and iOS. As a bootstrapped start-up, we grew our audience above 80,000 users in geek fandom in three years. Drove all aspects of creative experience design for product, publicity, and marketing.

 

NBCUniversal and Comcast  |  Visual Designer  2005-2015

Worked in a geographically-distributed, agile environment for an award winning internal design agency who catered to all of NBCUniversal’s brands and divisions. Designed consumer-facing websites, rich media advertising, co-branded websites, email campaigns, and digital promotions for theatrical, home video, cable networks, television, and theme parks. Provided creative vision for second screen apps, games, and branding. Led the visual redesign for Identity, a cross-company initiative to unify user accounts across brands. Created visual design for an ad spot management tool and internal video asset management application.
